Order delivery process

Once you place an order, we will receive it and start processing it.

If the configuration you purchased is temporarily out of stock, we will send you a higher-level configuration instead. We will not send you a lower configuration.

If any of the goods you purchased have malfunctioned during the testing process and thus cannot be shipped, I will contact you and process a refund.

We will order a motherboard for you for functionality testing. The preliminary test before shipment (the motherboard has already been tested before being placed on the shelves)

Main functions such as CPU, graphics card, network, battery, etc., and an inspection of the appearance of the motherboard will be carried out.
